Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using www.designwork.net (the “Site”) and any services, content or features made available via the Site (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use.

Modifications to Terms
We may revise the TOS at any time. The “Last Updated” date above will reflect the changes. Your continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised TOS.

Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old.
3.2 To access certain features (e.g., project ordering, client portal), you must register for an account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and to keep your password and account secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

Use of the Services
4.1 You agree not to:
• Violate any applicable laws or infringe others’ rights;
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, user accounts or networks;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
4.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

Intellectual Property
5.1 All Site content (text, graphics, logos, images, code, designs, etc.) is our property or used under license and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and download for your personal, non-commercial use only.
5.2 You retain ownership of any files or materials you upload or submit (“User Content”), but by uploading you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to host, display and modify such content solely to provide the Services.

Ordering & Payment
6.1 All project orders, design packages or subscriptions (collectively, “Paid Services”) must be paid via the methods we offer (e.g. credit card, PayPal, [Payment Processor]).
6.2 Fees are as quoted at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed.

Third-Party Links & Services
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Disclaimers
8.1 THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
8.2 WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DesignWork.net and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these TOS or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections 2, 5–11, 13 and 14 survive termination.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Severability
